In operative work pragmatic and disciplinated, respecting time schedules and costs. Innovative and individual however, in costructive aspects, with attention to context, function and architectonic detail, and with the claim to achieve the best possible result, without distinguishing whether the projects are in small or large scale.
Working always with this philosophy, my projects aquire an added value, overtaking the expectations of the client. This is my all day inspiration, and in this point, maybe, my projects occupy a niche.
Thore Schaier was born in 1969 in Pforzheim / Germany. In 1999 he takes the diploma at te University of Stuttgart for Architecture and Urbanism with Prof. Boris Podrecca. Moving to Milano he begins a long period of collaboration with Antonio Citterio and Partners in the studio in Milan, Italy, but also in the satellite studio in Hamburg. In 2003 he leaves Milano prefering the clean air of the Como Lake, and transfers to Lecco. Since 2005 he has a continuous teaching activity for Interior Design at Isgmd, Lecco. Co-Working on international projects with other architecture and engineer studios, his professional carreer leads in the year 2011 into the foundation of an indipendent studio providing full architectural and interior design.
Thore Schaier lives and works in the “Manzoni” City of Lecco, Como Lake, Italy.
